PTA
All parents of Parwich Primary School children automatically become a member of the school's Parent Teacher Association (PTA).
Why should you get involved?
Feel at Home at School
Attending our PTA meetings will make it easier for you to get to know the school community, from the Headteacher and teachers to other parents.
Have Fun
Events organised by our PTA are fun. Whether it is a coffee afternoon (with homemade bakes), a Christmas Fair tombola, or a community raffle, they are great for bringing the school and local community together. Everyone gets stuck in and enjoys themselves.
Help the School be Even Better
Do you want your child's school to be brilliant? The experiences that the children have while at school include what is run (and paid for) by the PTA.
Be a Good Role Model
Being involved in school shows your child that you think it is important. Could there be a more compelling reason to get involved?
It is not uncommon for parents to feel unsure about getting involved with the PTA. There is an assumption that you will be expected to commit large chunks of time to the school, but that is not the case. Any help you can provide is very much appreciated and in return, you will receive a huge sense of satisfaction and most likely a new group of friends.
We welcome you to our next meeting.
A Big Thank You to PTA
Our PTA kindly purchased new toys and games to support activities during wet break, lunchtimes, After School Construction, Toys and Games and Puzzle Club.
