At Parwich Primary School, we are extremely lucky to have our own cook who prepares freshly cooked meals in line with the Derbyshire County Council’s menu; www.myschoollunch.co.uk/derbyshire.

Children in the Infants Class, are entitled to Universal Free School Meals.

The cost per meal for children in the Junior Class is £3.25 (as from 1 September 2023).

Half-termly, Newsletters will detail forthcoming costs. School meals can be paid half-termly or weekly by cash, cheque or BACS. Derbyshire County Council policy states that all meals must be paid for in advance.

A reminder to parents who pay weekly, please send payments for dinners to school on Monday morning for the beginning of each week. Also, if at any point you wish your child to swap to or from lunches to sandwiches, we would need a weeks notice.
